SBR-X Side Armor Bags – Modular Side Plate Integration

Engineered to complement the SBR-X Plate Carrier, the SBR-X Side Armor Bags are constructed from rugged 500D Cordura with laminate, matching the durability and quality of the main plate bags. Designed to accommodate 6″ x 6″ hard or soft side armor, these bags provide a secure and precise fit while maintaining full operational flexibility.

A large bottom opening, secured with an internal Velcro flap, allows plates to be added, removed, or replaced without the need to remove the carrier, streamlining mission readiness and plate management in the field. The bags attach directly to cummerbunds via a field-integrated laser-cut MOLLE system, ensuring stable placement under load while allowing quick reconfiguration as operational needs change.

For maximum versatility, the Bags can be mounted inward-facing next to the body for a lower profile or outward-facing to extend coverage, adapting seamlessly to different armour setups. Available in the same colours as the main plate bags—MultiCam®, MultiCam Black™, MultiCam Tropic™, Ranger Green, Black, and Coyote Brown—the Side Armor Bags deliver both functional modularity and visual uniformity across the SBR-X platform.
