Deadly Customs MFCR™ Wing Expander

The Deadly Customs MFCR™ Wing Expander is the next step in modular loadout design, created to give the end user maximum adaptability without unnecessary bulk. Building on the performance of the MFCR™, this expansion system has been developed from the ground up to combine strength, flexibility, and lightweight construction—ensuring you can scale your setup to meet any mission requirements.

At its core, the Deadly Customs MFCR™ Wing Expander is built from three sections of Curv®, a high-strength material chosen for its rigidity, durability, and ultra-lightweight properties. This guarantees superior load-bearing performance while keeping overall weight to a minimum. The wings are joined to the main board by two precision-cut laminate hinges, allowing the MOLLE frame to flex and contour to the user’s body while maintaining its structural integrity under heavy use.

Each wing provides three columns of MOLLE across four rows high, giving you six additional rows of load-bearing capacity in total. This extra real estate is ideal for attaching small GP pouches like ours, radio carriers, magazine holders, or other mission-essential gear. Unlike thin or floppy extenders that require over-tightening straps to prevent movement, the MFCR™ Wing Expander offers a solid, secure platform that keeps your equipment exactly where you need it.

To ensure near universal  compatibility, the Deadly Customs MFCR™ Wing Expander ends are fitted with four genuine Duraflex® buckles, making the system suitable for most chest rigs on the market—including our own MFCR™ system. The rear of the Wing Expander is lined with a Velcro panel, allowing for seamless integration with plate carriers or pairing with our MFP™ Padded Rear Cover, which improves long-term comfort for extended wear. For users running the system without a rear cover, a Velcro blanking sheet is included to protect clothing from abrasion if required.

Attachment to your rig is quick and reliable, thanks to a generous field of mil-spec loop Velcro on the front of the board. This ensures a rock-solid hold to your placard or rig setup, even under demanding conditions.
