Deadly Customs Fortis Triple 40MM Carrier

At its core, the Deadly Customs Fortis Triple 40mm Carrier is built around strength, versatility and rapid access, providing a secure, compact solution for carrying three 40mm rounds side by side.

The Fortis 40mm Carrier range features a reinforced spine constructed from CURV® Tactical, a high-performance thermoplastic composite also used in ballistic protection applications. This rigid spine creates an exceptionally strong mounting platform, providing the foundation for the rest of the carrier while maintaining excellent structural integrity.

Retention is provided by military-grade elastic webbing, creating constant pressure around each 40mm round from three sides. This ensures positive, reliable retention while allowing rounds to be quickly accessed when required.

Each of the three individual carriers features a central sternum constructed from 1500D laminate Cordura®, adding rigidity and helping to guide rounds back into position when re-indexing. The front of each sternum also features a Velcro® loop field, ideal for attaching identification patches.

Optional Integrated Lifter Flaps

One of the standout features of the Deadly Customs Fortis Triple 40MM Carrier is the option to include our integrated lifter flaps.

Designed to overcome a common issue when carrying shorter 40mm munitions, these innovative flaps feature a built-in lifting mechanism that helps raise the round out of its carrier as the flap is opened.

Shorter rounds can often sit deep inside traditional 40mm carriers, making them difficult to grip and retrieve. Our lifter system solves this problem by allowing the user to simply pull upwards on the flap, which simultaneously raises the round, exposing more of its body for easier retrieval.

Unlike our traditional removable closure flaps, the lifter flaps are permanently sewn into the carrier. This provides a secure connection between the flap and lifting mechanism, ensuring the system operates reliably without the risk of the flap accidentally detaching during use.

The flaps also feature our unique laser-cut pattern, providing a degree of natural flexibility that allows them to conform around different shapes and lengths of 40mm rounds. This enables the user to pull the flap down securely, providing additional retention while accommodating a variety of munition profiles.

MOLLE Compatibility

The rear of the Deadly Customs Fortis Triple 40MM Carrier features a laser-cut MOLLE mounting system, allowing it to be securely attached to compatible battle belts, chest rigs, plate carriers and other MOLLE-equipped platforms.

Its triple configuration keeps three 40mm rounds together in a compact, organised arrangement, providing convenient access without the need to mount three separate carriers.
